Shipping & Returns
Simple information about delivery estimates, tracking, returns and refunds for STARMALL orders.
Estimated Delivery
Our standard estimated delivery time is generally 7–20 business days. Delivery times begin after an order has been processed and may vary according to destination and carrier operations.
Order Tracking
Where tracking information is available, customers can check their order through the STARMALL Order Tracking page using the order number and billing email used during checkout.
International Fulfilment
Orders may be fulfilled using international suppliers, logistics partners and delivery networks. Depending on the order, items may travel through more than one logistics facility before final delivery.
Delivery Delays
Customs processing, carrier delays, public holidays, weather, incorrect delivery information and other events outside reasonable control may affect estimated delivery times.
Returns
Returns may be requested subject to product condition, return eligibility and applicable consumer law. Please contact STARMALL before sending an item back so that your request can be reviewed and return instructions can be provided.
Product Condition
Unless the product is defective or incorrect, returned products should generally be unused, unworn and in substantially the same condition in which they were received, together with relevant packaging where reasonably possible.
Refunds
Once an eligible return has been received and reviewed, the applicable refund will be processed through an appropriate payment method. Processing times may also depend on the customer's bank or payment provider.
Shipping Costs
Shipping or return-delivery costs may be deducted or may be non-refundable where permitted by applicable law and where the customer is responsible for the return. This does not limit mandatory customer rights for defective, incorrect or otherwise legally non-conforming products.

If you believe you received an incorrect or damaged product, contact STARMALL Customer Support promptly with your order number and relevant information or photographs so that the matter can be reviewed.
